After 22 years in leadership at Providence, Mike retired in 2020 as President, having previously served as CFO and COO. Mike led much of Providence's unprecedented growth, from a $2 billion organization to $25 billion today. Mike was the architect behind a contiguous market growth strategy that grew to over 50 hospitals, 1,000 ambulatory & senior centers, 12,000 physicians, and 125,000 caregivers. Mike's leadership and passion for innovation across clinical services, technology solutions, consumer experience, population health, talent development, affordability for all, and local community service were key elements of his success. Following Mike's retirement, he joined the private equity firm Welsh Carson Anderson Stowe as a healthcare operating partner providing advice on acquisitions, operations, and strategic alliances.

Mike brings his experience in health care strategy, finance, innovation, and operations to Singletto. Mike leads Singletto’s healthcare sector, including product uses, manufacturing partnerships, strategic alliances, and revenue structures, is Singletto's Chief Financial Officer, and serves as a Strategic Advisor.
