Matt Chadsey
Operations & Program Management

Matt Chadsey supports Singletto’s operational execution, project management, and cross-functional coordination. Working closely with company leadership, he helps organize and advance strategic initiatives, improve internal processes, solve operational challenges, and support healthcare, government, and commercial program implementation.

Matt brings more than 30 years of experience spanning technology leadership, operations, consulting, systems strategy, and organizational management. Throughout his career, he has led complex multidisciplinary programs and helped organizations improve execution, decision-making, and scalability through practical systems thinking and operational leadership. 

Previously, Matt held leadership roles at Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center, where he served as Interim CIO and later managed enterprise software and operational systems supporting research and institutional administration. He also worked as a management consultant at Point B, leading large-scale operational and technology initiatives across healthcare, research, insurance, and technology organizations. In addition, Matt served as Executive Director of Earth Economics and has advised government agencies, nonprofits, and private organizations. 

Matt also serves as an eCornell facilitator, teaching systems thinking , data visualization,  and decision-making methodologies to professionals globally. 

Matt holds a BA with honors in Science, Technology, and Society from Cornell University and has advanced training in systems thinking, infrastructure planning, and organizational leadership.
