Martina Viduka is a Registered Nurse, healthcare innovator, and operational healthcare leader with more than 15 years of experience across emergency medicine, geriatrics, rural and correctional healthcare, and international medical transport. At Singletto, Martina supports healthcare engagement, clinical partnerships, and frontline adoption initiatives, working closely with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare stakeholders to align Oxafence® technologies with real-world clinical and operational needs.
Throughout her clinical career, Martina has worked in high-acuity healthcare environments including Mount Sinai Hospital’s Emergency Department in Toronto, rural and remote nursing programs across Canada, and international air medical transport operations. In addition to frontline care delivery, she has led process improvement initiatives, patient safety and fall prevention programs, and supported operational change management and policy development within healthcare organizations.
Martina previously co-founded Advosense, a healthcare innovation company building medical technology focused on improving incontinence care for older adults and their caregivers. As CEO and co-founder, she led the company's vision and strategy, driving product development from conception through validation, guiding go-to-market efforts, building deep clinical engagement, and strategic healthcare partnerships.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Science in Healthcare Policy, Innovation and Management from Maastricht University, graduating cum laude. Martina has also contributed to published research focused on dementia care environments and healthy aging.
