Oxafence Technology

Oxafence active-protection antimicrobial technology is the latest in pathogen-defense solutions. Most current pathogen protection technologies either trap pathogens or disinfect pathogens after infection. Science and Research

The hundred-year-old medical practice of Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) deploys light and colored dyes to treat cancer and skin conditions. The same principles are now applied in novel ways to provide perpetual pathogen disinfection. Certain protective dyes have the unique molecular ability to transfer energy from surrounding light to nearby, ever-present oxygen, briefly exciting such to the state of singlet oxygen. Singlet oxygen is well-known for its ability to destroy pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, and fungi. A recent 52-researcher, worldwide WHO-led study confirmed such. Indiscriminate Disinfection

Many disinfectants and antimicrobials contribute to the ongoing antimicrobial resistance crisis. Research shows pathogens cannot create resistance to singlet oxygen. Singlet oxygen can destroy pathogens from multiple routes: within the amino acids in spike proteins, in the lipids of membranes, and within the RNA.

Oxafence Spray

General Instructions: Shake gently before each use. Spray eight (8) pumps on soft surfaces, or until thoroughly covered. Allow to dry.

Application instructions for face masks:
Step 1: Remove any folds or overlaps so as much of the exterior surface of the mask is exposed as possible.
Step 2: Gently shake bottle.
Step 3: Remove cap.
Step 4: Point nozzle in the direction of the mask.
Step 5: Hold 6-8 inches from external surface of mask.
Step 6: Apply 8 full sprays traveling across the mask with each spay to ensure coverage.
Step 7: Allow to air dry approximately 10 minutes, or overnight in a dark place.
Step 8: Wear and use the treated mask.Repeat these steps daily for masks you are reusing or repeat for each new mask.

Apply with care. May cause discoloration of fabrics and surfaces. Spills or leaks from the bottle may result in unwanted staining of surfaces. Avoid excessive overspray when applying the product. Store the bottle in a cool, dry, and dark location. Avoid excessive or ongoing exposure to light during storage. For external use only, do not spray the product on humans or animals. Do not ingest the product. If ingestion occurs, please contact your physician. If exposed to eyes, rinse with eye wash or irrigation, seek medical attention if appropriate. If exposed to skin, wash with mild soap and water. Keep this product out of reach of children.

Oxafence is an FDA Class 1 Antimicrobial Disinfectant Spray (3018759584) registered for medical use on soft surfaces. This Oxafence spray’s active ingredient is Methylene Blue. This product is not to be used on any surface or instrument that (1) is introduced directly into the human body, either into or in contact with the bloodstream or normally sterile areas of the body, or (2) contacts intact mucous membranes but which does not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier or otherwise.
